By using Buzzytalk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our platform is built for real conversations, safe connections, and meaningful interactions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Account Requirements

You must be 18+ years old to use Buzzytalk. Underage accounts are terminated immediately.
During signup, you must provide a valid email address, nickname, gender, date of birth, and profile picture.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

2. User Responsibilities

Respect others - harassment, hate speech, nudity, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for any content you share during video chats, messaging, or profile setup.
Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.

3. Community Guidelines

To keep Buzzytalk safe and enjoyable, we expect all users to follow these guidelines:

Be respectful: Treat others with kindness and understanding.
No harmful content: Nudity, sexual exploitation, or illegal activity will not be tolerated.
No harassment: Bullying, threats, or hate speech lead to immediate bans.
Keep it real: Use your real age and identity - fake or misleading accounts may be removed.
Report misuse: Help us maintain safety by reporting suspicious or abusive users.

4. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

No permanent recordings: Video chats and messages are never stored unless reported for abuse.
Minimal data: We only collect necessary profile information (email, nickname, gender, date of birth, profile picture).
Safety first: Flagged content may be retained temporarily for moderation or legal obligations.

5. Moderation & Safety

AI moderation scans live video frames to prevent nudity, harmful, or illegal content.
Users may report inappropriate behavior directly in the app.
Repeated or severe violations result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Games & Third-Party Services

Certain games or features may use third-party providers (e.g., Unity) that collect anonymized data.
By using these features, you agree to their respective policies.

7. Ads & Analytics

We use cookies and analytics to improve features and personalize user experience.
Behavioral ads may be shown, but personal details are never shared with advertisers.
Consent for cookies is obtained via a banner on our platform.

8. Payment Terms (If Applicable)

Any premium features will be processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
Buzzytalk never stores your credit or debit card details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Buzzytalk is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

10. Termination of Accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if users violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or attempt to misuse the platform.

11. Updates to Terms

Buzzytalk may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Child Safety & CSAE Standards

Buzzytalk is committed to the highest standards of child safety and strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or activity that involves or appears to involve CSAE is forbidden on Buzzytalk.

Explicit Prohibition

Users are not allowed to:

Share, request, create, promote, or glorify any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Engage in grooming, sexual communication with minors, or any attempt to exploit, harm, or endanger children.
Use Buzzytalk to find, contact, or arrange meetings with minors for any inappropriate purpose.

Enforcement and Reporting

Buzzytalk has a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE. If we become aware of CSAE content or behavior, we will immediately remove the content, permanently ban the account, and take additional action as needed.

Where legally required or appropriate, we will report CSAE content and users involved to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law-enforcement authorities.

We may use automated and manual moderation tools to detect and act on suspected CSAE, including user reports and other risk signals, while respecting applicable privacy and data protection laws.

How to Report Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior on Buzzytalk that you believe involves CSAE or puts a child at risk:

Use the in-app report tools to flag the user, chat, or content; and/or
Contact us at contact@buzzytalk.com with details and any relevant screenshots or information.

Scope

These Child Safety and CSAE Standards apply to all users and all features of Buzzytalk, including text chat, video chat, images, profiles, usernames, and any other user-generated content.

By using Buzzytalk, you agree to comply with these Child Safety and CSAE Standards. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your access to Buzzytalk and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
