info 1. Who We Are

Buzzytalk is a social interaction platform built for people who are tired of being connected everywhere and heard nowhere. Launched in August 2025, it was created to solve a problem that every major platform ignores: people have more ways to connect than ever before, and they are lonelier, more bored, and more disconnected than ever.

Buzzytalk is not another social media platform. It does not reward follower counts, highlight reels, or polished performances. It is built around one principle: that people should feel genuinely connected, heard, and less alone after using it - through Moments, Wishes, and My Hive.

handshake 2. Accepting These Terms

By doing any of the following, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms: creating a Buzzytalk account, downloading or installing the Buzzytalk app, or browsing or using any part of the Buzzytalk platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Buzzytalk.

verified_user 3. Age and Eligibility

To use Buzzytalk, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country if higher). You must be at least 18 years old to use My Hive and any features involving live audio or video calls.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use Buzzytalk. That parent or guardian accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for supervising your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account we believe belongs to someone who does not meet these requirements.

account_circle 4. Your Buzzytalk Account

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information. You must not impersonate another person, create a misleading identity, or create more than one personal account.

You are responsible for everything that happens through your account - whether or not you personally carried out that action. Keep your password private and do not share access with others. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately.

We may suspend or permanently remove your account if you violate these Terms, engage in behaviour that is harmful to other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

forum 5. Buzzytalk's Features

Buzzytalk is built around three core features designed to help people share freely, talk openly, and find genuine connection.

Your personal feed shows Moments and Wishes from people you follow. The Discover Feed shows content from users you do not yet follow, helping you find people whose energy and interests match yours. You may also voluntarily enable contact synchronization to identify existing connections and receive mutual connection recommendations, subject to the User Representation clause above and our Data Privacy Policy.

gavel 6. Content Rules

Anything you post on Buzzytalk is your content and your responsibility. By posting content, you confirm that it is yours or you have the right to share it, it does not violate any law or the rights of any other person, and it complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Buzzytalk welcomes honest, unfiltered expression about your life, feelings, and real experiences. Genuine conversations about everyday struggles, boredom, loneliness, and emotions are exactly what this platform is for. The following content is never allowed:

• Hate speech and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or coordinated attacks against another user.
• Nudity, sexually explicit material, or unsolicited sexual content anywhere on the platform.
• Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers a minor, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Zero tolerance - violations are removed immediately, accounts terminated, and reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Violence, graphic content, or content that promotes harm towards people or animals.
• Misinformation, impersonation, illegal activity, privacy violations, spam, or scams.

shield 7. Child Safety Standards & Legal Compliance

Buzzytalk strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Buzzytalk enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any content or behavior that harms, exploits, or endangers minors.

Under these Terms, users must not create, upload, transmit, or distribute CSAM or engage in child grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, child trafficking, or any predatory behavior targeted at children.

Child Safety Point of Contact: Buzzytalk maintains a designated representative positioned to address notifications from Google Play, law enforcement, and the public regarding CSAE/CSAM enforcement and compliance procedures. Inquiries and notifications can be directed to contact@buzzytalk.com.

security 8. Our Rights and Responsibilities

Buzzytalk owns all intellectual property rights in the platform itself - the software, design, branding, and features. Your content remains yours. By posting it, you grant Buzzytalk a limited licence to display and deliver it to other users as part of the service.

Buzzytalk is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the platform running safely and reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will always be error-free. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, user-generated content, or any third-party services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you through the app for significant changes. Continued use of Buzzytalk after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

groups 9. Community Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines explain in detail what behaviour is expected and what is not allowed on Buzzytalk. They are part of these Terms. Breaking the Guidelines means breaking these Terms, and the same consequences apply.
